Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Able to work with others and communicate effectively.
• Desire to advance into management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment safely.
• Complete work orders and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform routine PMs and inspections on equipment.
• Support line operators and maintenance to keep lines running.
• Identify and address unsafe conditions and process improvements.
