Job summary

High school diploma or GED required.
At least two years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience maintaining industrial pumps and electric motors.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and control panels.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems.
Maintain and repair pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
Inspect motors, bearings, couplings, seals, and other rotating equipment.
Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to identify equipment failures.
Read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and blueprints.
Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
Participate in root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
Follow OSHA, food safety, sanitation, and plant safety procedures.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and other maintenance team members.
