Stratas Foods, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Dallas, Texas, to perform various mechanical tasks necessary for the upkeep of manufacturing operations. This full-time position offers compensation of $25.47 to $35.78 per hour and requires candidates to work the third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including potential weekend shifts.
Successful applicants will have a high school diploma, previous experience in a manufacturing environment, and solid mechanical skills. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in work areas, conducting preventative maintenance, and completing work orders efficiently.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM) with some weekend work and OT.
Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be dependable, able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required. They may also be required to pass an aptitude test.
The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing), power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized forklift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights
Must be able to analyze information quickly to provide feedback in the manufacturing process and troubleshoot equipment failures
