The position offers 8-hour shifts with a starting pay of $33.88/hour, plus premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The plant emphasizes career growth, cross-training, and strong teamwork in a union-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints and use test equipment.
• Willingness to work rotating 8-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, or dusty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and replace milling machinery and tools.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical support and lead equipment troubleshooting.
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks.
• Execute preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas per 5S standards.
