Job summary

ALOIS Solutions in Minnesota, Mankato, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment. The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Electrical, PLC, pneumatic, or hydraulic troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Technical certification or an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Repair motors, pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and other machinery components.
Use hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and electrical schematics to diagnose equipment issues.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures, including LOTO.
Assist with equipment installation, repairs, and continuous improvement activities.
