Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Ecore is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician, 2nd Shift, to bring electrical expertise to our Lancaster, PA Electro-Mechanic team. Our mature preventative maintenance schedule minimizes unexpected downtime, but we are always looking for ways to improve. Your innovative mindset and hands-on expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our operations.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 11:00 PM

Pay Range: $27.00 - $37.00/hour, based on experience

Shift Differential: additional $2.00/hour

Core Contributions:

  • Prioritize safety for yourself and teammates; empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.
  • Apply your electrical expertise to support electrical and mechanical projects.
  • Work on machines that produce sports flooring and supporting equipment.
  • Operate and maintain NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform regular and preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Collaborate with Machine Operators to understand issues and develop solutions.

Essential Experiences:

  • 4+ years in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machine shop tools.
  • Associate's degree in Electromechanics or apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance preferred.
  • 2+ years experience with control wiring (120/240/480 volts).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck or flatbed with manual or automatic transmission.
