LLFlex is seeking a Maintenance Technician in High Point, NC to keep laminators and related equipment running through preventative maintenance and fast repairs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with a focus on uptime and reliability in a high‑voltage plant environment.

You will plan, install, repair, troubleshoot a wide range of conveyors, motors, electrical controls, read drawings, calibrate equipment, and support training of staff.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with welding and fabrication preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, machines, motors, sprockets, gear boxes, saws, chains, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders; perform fabrication and welding as needed.
• Repair and maintain electrical equipment including control centers, panels, relays, circuit breakers, and electronic controls.
• Read drawings and diagrams to install or calibrate electronic devices; test faulty equipment and diagnose malfunctions.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests; perform preventative and functional maintenance on production equipment.
• Assist with training of other maintenance and production personnel; comply with safety procedures and PPE.
