Job summary

LLFlex is seeking an Electrical Technician in High Point, NC to maintain laminators, slitters and production equipment on 12-hour shifts. The role blends mechanical and electrical work, with emphasis on preventive maintenance, testing and PLCs to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 2-year degree in electrical technology preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in high-voltage environments and read electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Keep laminators, slitters, and production equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Install, test, and repair electrical panels, relays, and PLCs.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and implement fixes.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
