Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Perform maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, including supervising line defects, creating repair plans, and fixing mechanical or electrical failures.
2. Adhere to GMP policies and maintain equipment performance records via PMs, SAP, and PC-based systems.
3. Coordinate with supervisors on product changeovers and quality assurance.
4. Recognize and document unusual conditions or defective equipment using SAP protocols.
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
6. Participate in audits and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications include at least two years of industrial maintenance experience, mechanical and electrical skills testing, and the ability to perform mechanical repairs, operate tools, and understand PLCs and motor controls.
