• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work

Required Experience and Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 120V, 240V, and 480V three-phase equipment
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to use meters, gauges, diagnostic tools, and standard maintenance equipment
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and follow through until equipment is operational
• Must provide specific examples of machinery personally diagnosed and repaired
• Valid driver's license and dependable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CNC machine tools
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial controls
• Welding, machining, or fabrication experience
• Experience with preventive-maintenance programs
• Technical degree, industrial-maintenance certification, or applicable trade training

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, kneel, and work around production machinery
• Ability to safely use ladders and work in confined or elevated areas when necessary
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment

The successful applicant will have verifiable industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, good attendance, and the ability to communicate clearly with production employees and management.

Applicants whose experience is limited to residential maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, or general handyman work will not meet the minimum qualifications for this position.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time position
• First shift, possible second shift for machine downtime maintenence, with occasional overtime or emergency repair work as needed
• Competitive hourly pay based on demonstrated industrial maintenance experience
