JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour, plus $1.25 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.00 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm

3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11 pm-7 am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical components, and PLCs.
• Maintains production and spare equipment, performs electrical repairs, and operates motorized equipment.
• Interacts with vendors for project completion and repairs, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Diagnoses root causes of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical issues, and PLC problems.
• Performs routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance.
• Operates and maintains forklifts, manlifts, and transports heavy parts.
• Identifies and orders parts, maintains inventory, and completes related paperwork.
• Performs grounds and facilities repairs, fabricates metal parts, and performs welding as needed.
• Maintains work logs, performs electrical repairs, and ensures safety inspections.
• Participates in safety programs, attends meetings, and responds to emergencies.
• Trains other associates and uses timekeeping tools accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of maintenance experience, including mechanical and electrical.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and basic carpentry/tooling.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude; physical ability to lift heavy weights and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, with safety as a priority.
• Skills in using hand and electrical tools; exposure to manufacturing environment hazards.
