Job description

We are a family-owned weekly linen rental company seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair our commercial laundry machinery. Located in the Fairfax District, we have served the greater Kansas City area since 1931.

This is a permanent position, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualified candidates will be offered a competitive wage and benefits after 90 days, based on experience and knowledge of industrial laundry machinery. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance and possess mechanical aptitude. We are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following instructions from supervisors and completing tasks promptly.
2. Standing all day and working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
3. Willingness to work overtime, including some Saturdays.
4. Operating tools and equipment safely, adhering to safety procedures.
5. Lifting at least 50 lbs.
