Responsibilities include construction skills such as carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding, plus problem solving and scheduling maintenance. ROI offers equal employment opportunities and may require a pre‑employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
• Be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime if needed.
• Strong references supporting work history.
• Reliable transportation to and from sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, roofing and welding.
• Apply advanced problem‑solving to fix maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage ordering of supplies, records, and scheduling of maintenance.
• Maintain physical stamina for long hours standing or walking.
• Communicate clearly about maintenance issues both verbally and in writing.
• Work in extreme hot or cold conditions and stay organized.

• Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
• Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
• Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
• Organizational and time management skills

Pay Range: $25/hr. plus- depending on experience
