Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. is seeking skilled Construction Laborers to support commercial and industrial projects across Connecticut.

Ideal candidates have experience assisting concrete crews, carpenters, and other trades, with a focus on safety and productive job sites. Responsibilities include assisting crews, demolition, material handling, concrete placement, and general labor while following OSHA procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial, industrial, or residential construction experience preferred.
• Experience with concrete work, demolition, carpentry, or general construction labor is a plus.
• Comfortable using common construction hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation to jobsites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades on active construction projects
• Perform demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building materials
• Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite
• Assist with concrete placement, forming, mixing, and finishing operations
• Support rough carpentry, framing, blocking, and general construction tasks
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Load and unload deliveries and maintain organized material staging areas
• Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general labor to maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Follow all OSHA regulations and jobsite safety procedures
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to keep projects moving efficiently

Pay Range

$20.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
