Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep throughout the property.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, entrances, stairways, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, salting, leaf removal, and weather-related property needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly and professionally.
