Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to join our real estate investment and property management team.

The role covers general building repairs, preventive maintenance, and responding to tenant service calls across our portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial building maintenance, basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, and strong reliability for on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and comfort working independently.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Must have appliance maintenance knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders or in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance tasks including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
• Respond to and resolve tenant service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Assist with HVAC filter changes, minor repairs, and system troubleshooting
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Support emergency response efforts and be part of the on-call rotation

Pay Range

$26.00-$29.00 /Hour
