Industrial Maintenance Technician

Scranton, PA

Monday - Saturday

12-hour Shifts

Job Duties

• Maintain and repair machinery to limit downtime

• Troubleshoot equipment issues

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Mentor and train junior technicians

• Travel to other locations as needed

• Serve as backup to the maintenance manager

• Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience

• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and PLCs

• Proficient in blueprint reading

• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Excellent teamwork skills
