Job Requisition Title:Industrial Maintenance Technician

Benefits:100% Paid Family Insurance, Paid Time off.

Available Shifts:C Shift, Friday and Saturday 5:30am – 4:00pm and Sunday and Monday 5:30pm – 4:00am

B Shift, Tuesday thru Friday 5:30pm – 4:00am

Job Description: Conducts preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and general servicing of all equipment of JIT Automation Systems (including detailed troubleshooting of systems).

Qualifying Requirements:

·Troubleshoot and repair Plant equipment including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

·Identify root causes for failures and make necessary repairs to prevent future failures.

·Must be able to read and interpret all necessary drawings and schematics relative to the system including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulics.

· The understanding of PLC’s and HMI interfaces.

·Must be able to operate Forklifts, Scissor lifts and articulating boom lifts.

Preventative Maintenance:

·Must be able to perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment including but not limited to routine cleaning, maintenance, repairs. Documenting all of work performed utilizing mobile devices or computer for retrieving logging data

·Must be able to use mobile device or computer to input data and or interpret task instructions to perform a planned PM.

Tools : Must possess the knowledge to operate the proper tools including but not limited to,

·Welder including MIG, TIG and ARC welding, Soldering Iron.

·Proper use of all hand tools, grinders, chop saws, band saws and rotary hammers but not limited to.

Required Skills: Industrial Maintenance

Required Education:Technical Certification (MIT) Program or Industrial maintenance course.

Required Years of Experience:4 – 6 years industrial maintenance or relevant experience.
