Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, layout, and perform operations to install, maintain and repair plant equipment and accessories.
• Troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and fix problems.
• Safely install and upgrade 3-phase motor control systems and AC/DC circuits.
• Understand fluid power systems and service power units, valves, cylinders, motors, and pumps.
• Perform basic fabrication including cutting and welding.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines; maintain equipment and tools; operate lift trucks as needed.
