Job summary

ATI in Irvine, CA is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. You will diagnose issues, source parts, and execute repairs to minimize downtime, working independently and with plant staff.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

3 years of maintenance experience preferred with exposure to electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment.
Perform maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and components.
Troubleshoot and service variable speed AC and DC motor drives.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment related to production and facility operations.
Use manuals, schematics, and diagrams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Understand fluid power systems and troubleshoot/install valves, cylinders, motors, and pumps.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow all company safety guidelines, including PPE requirements and plant safety rules.
