Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to support engineering operations in our McDonough, GA facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair refrigeration and utility systems, and assist with equipment like forklifts and dock components.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 2–5 years in PRW or refrigeration systems; RET A training is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with safety and quality responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RET A or equivalent continuing education preferred.
• 2–5 years in PRW or industrial refrigeration systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment uptime and support facility operations.
• Provide cross-functional maintenance support to ensure continuity of operations.
• Perform maintenance and repair on powered industrial trucks.
• Diagnose, repair, and prevent equipment failures; adhere to safety standards.
• Assist with refrigeration system operation and repair.
