Requirements include an Electro-Mechanical degree or 4+ years of hands-on experience, PLC fault-tracing skills, and a stable work history within a 45-minute radius of Greater Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on industrial machinery experience.
Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
Career stability: max 2 employers in past 5 years.
Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift including weekends.
Residence within a 45-minute drive of Greater Green Bay, WI.
US citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Execute Electro-Mechanical repairs: troubleshooting, component overhauls, and emergency repairs on automated production machinery.
Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and calibrate control systems.
Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
Read and apply electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
Occasional regional travel for advanced training or collaboration.
