Job Juncture seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a state-of-the-art Green Bay area facility. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, PLC fault-tracing, and driving preventative maintenance on automated production lines.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience or an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, with proficiency in AC/DC drives and reading schematics. Occasional travel and a stable work history are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or 4+ years of hands-on maintenance.
• Experience with AC/DC motor drives and PLC fault-tracing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Stable work history with max 2 employers in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Analyze electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional training and goals.
