Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Experience in machinery operation or general maintenance beneficial.
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and industry control software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions.
• Perform repairs on industrial equipment by dismantling, replacing components and reassembling.
• Install new machinery and equipment with proper alignment, calibration, and integration.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, reports on equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.
• Utilize fabrication skills such as welding and cutting to repair/create metal parts.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Assist in training production personnel on basic preventive maintenance.
