UDA in Tempe, AZ is seeking a motivated Preventive Maintenance Technician to keep our plant, warehouses, and facilities running with minimal downtime through preventive and predictive mechanical and electrical repairs.

You will perform routine maintenance on industrial electrical, pneumatic, boiler, refrigeration systems, and related equipment, collect water quality samples, log maintenance in CMMS, and support safety and food quality standards on a 12-hour DAY shift.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Industrial maintenance or mechanical technical school certification is required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and predictive mechanical and electrical repairs for all UDA plants, warehouses, and facilities.
• Collect and perform laboratory water quality tests; monitor on-line water quality equipment.
• Log completed maintenance tasks in CMMS and prioritize work orders by urgency.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with food safety standards.
