Job summary

Cleanpart USA in Phoenix, AZ, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain plant equipment, facilities, and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance in manufacturing, plus strong problem-solving and safety focus. Forklift and DOT licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain equipment and facilities to ensure no impact to production.
• Coordinate outside contractors for facility maintenance and repair.
• Must be able to obtain Forklift and DOT licenses.
• Manage and assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis on breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Educate and coach technicians on safe work practices and compliance.
