Qualifications
- Must have industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial settings.
- Electrical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting experience required.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, control circuits, sensors, relays, and drives.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and identify faults in inputs/outputs and machine sequences.
- Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks per schedules.
- Respond to breakdowns with safe, timely repairs and downtime minimization.
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to support repairs.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS or work orders.
