Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance & Controls Technician to support manufacturing operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize PLC/HMI systems and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and machining experience. Rotating 2-on/2-off schedule; wage up to $38/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and PLC/HMI knowledge required.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic control systems.
• Program, maintain, and improve PLC/HMI systems and machine communications.
• Repair/maintain machinery including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Operate fabrication tools and welders for equipment modifications.
• Document work orders and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
