Job summary
Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Minnesota to support daily production by troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing control systems and mechanical equipment. The role requires hands-on PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and machining.
The position offers rotating shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM on first and second shifts), with wages up to $28.50+ per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience required.
- Hands-on mechanical skills with equipment and processes.
- Knowledge of food processing equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical/control system issues.
- Maintain, program, and improve PLC and HMI systems.
- Repair and calibrate process instruments and sensors.
- Operate fabrication tools for equipment modification.
- Adhere to GMP and safety protocols.
