Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems in a heavy industrial processing environment. You will diagnose PLC faults, navigate ladder logic, and, when capable, modify programs.

You will perform PMs on dust collection and pneumatic systems, and weld piping to return assets to service. The role requires a multicraft profile with PLC troubleshooting depth and a background in process manufacturing; rotating

Qualifications

• Requires journeyman license and OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience in heavy industrial/process manufacturing sectors.
• Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose PLC faults and navigate ladder logic.
• Perform preventive maintenance on dust collection and pneumatic systems.
• Weld, fit piping, and replace sections as needed.
• Document work orders in CMMS/SAP.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
