Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
- PLC troubleshooting (preferred).
- Commitment to teamwork and safety.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits.
- Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic.
- Work with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.).
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Operate shop machines as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures.
