Marvin Composites is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo, ND facility. You will help keep manufacturing equipment running smoothly, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and own key tasks from planning to execution.

Qualifications

• A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical competencies with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and preventive/reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Plan work and coordinate with production and leadership to ensure success.
• Order parts to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Monitor facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Drive continuous improvements in equipment and processes.
