Job summary

Marvin Composites in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, order parts, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality.

Schedule: 6:30 PM–6:45 AM with alternating weeks (36 hours in Week 1, 48 hours in Week 2), including a weekend premium and a 20% night premium. A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience is required; PLCs and industrial automation familiarity is a

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
Attention to detail in complex equipment environments.
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with PLCs, control systems and industrial automation.

Responsibilities

Provide timely support and preventive/reactive maintenance; identify root causes and ensure follow-up on equipment issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Plan work effectively, coordinating with production and leadership to ensure success.
Order parts as needed to keep equipment running smoothly.
Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap.
Continuously improve equipment and processes to drive innovation.
