This role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, strong electrical and mechanical skills, and familiarity with PLCs and industrial automation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and accurate workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely maintenance and preventive/reactive care to equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Plan work with production and leadership to ensure success.
• Order parts to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Monitor facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap.
• Continuously improve equipment and processes to drive innovation.
