Job summary
Marvin Composites, located in Fargo, ND, is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing facility running efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, while coordinating with production leadership to ensure success.
The role offers a schedule of 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM with a 36-hr/48-hr alternating week structure and a pay structure of base $24-37/hr plus a 20% night premium and $4.00/hr weekend
Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree or comparable work experience.
- Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
- Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success.
- Order parts as needed to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc., to drive innovation.
