Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant technical training or certification.
• Previous experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong math skills for accurate reporting.
• Proficient reading and writing abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 100 lbs with pallet jack.
• Stand for 8–12 hours; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and initiate work orders for repairs.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of work performed with times.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track maintenance costs, labor time, and downtime hours.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks like greasing and filter changes.
• Lead rebuilds of equipment as needed and perform welding when required.
• Review and improve maintenance processes and procedures.
