Job summary

Revolution is hiring for Operators in Little Rock, AR to process materials and manufacture products in an industrial setting. You will work with automated manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Starting pay is $20/hour with a $1/hour night shift differential, depending on experience. Roles require reading instructions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing 8–12 hours on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment required.
• Extrusion experience is highly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must read and understand instructions well.
• Able to work different machines and shifts as needed.
• Focus on safety and quality, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift and work on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.
• Process materials and make/handle the product.
• Follow order sheet specifications and quality checks.
• Communicate daily issues with your relief and attend safety meetings.
• Enforce company policies and participate in continuous quality improvement.
