Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech III for Shift 3 in Lowell, AR.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, and general repairs across our facility, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and support plant operations during the 10 PM to 6:30 AM shift. The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of related experience, plus the ability to read drawings, operate a forklift, and weld as needed.

Qualifications

• High School degree and 3–5 years of relative work experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Experience repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Forklift operator’s license required.
• Ability to read drawings, prints, and schematics.
• Welding experience with various materials.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, and general building systems and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery throughout the facility.
• Diagnose and remedy electrical/electronic troubles and replace components as needed.
• Perform fabrication maintenance and use various metalworking techniques.
• Obtain and safely operate a forklift.
• Read drawings and schematics to plan repairs and assemble components.
• Enter equipment records into the CMMS and document maintenance activities.
