Revolution Company in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep equipment running through preventive and corrective maintenance. You will document repairs and maintenance activities, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $25–$32 per hour, night shift differential of $1 per hour, and up to $3,000 in bonus opportunities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant technical training or certification.
• Strong math skills for accurate reporting.
• Proficient reading and writing abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and initiate work orders for repairs.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of work performed with start/end times.
• Troubleshoot issues, determine corrective actions, and perform repairs.
• Track maintenance costs, labor time, and downtime hours.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as greasing and changing filters.
• Lead rebuilds of equipment as needed.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required.
• Review and implement improvements to maintenance processes.
