Job summary

Ecore Athletic is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep production running at our Ozark, AL facility. The role offers a 3rd shift with training on 1st shift, paying $26.00 to $33.00 per hour plus shift premium.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize equipment, while supporting facility infrastructure and safety programs. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and certifications in industrial maintenance or electrical trades.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, or repairs are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions, dismantle equipment, replace or fabricate parts, and restore machinery to optimal performance using precision tools and technical documentation.
• Execute scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently before problems arise.
• Troubleshoot PLC hardware/software, NC/CNC controls, power distribution systems, and electro-mechanical circuits using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Maintain building infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, and grounds.
• Install new equipment, run conduit and wiring, interpret blueprints, and commission systems for safe operation.
