Source Recruitment Solutions in Peabody, MA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and hands-on leadership in setups, changeovers, and process optimizations. The position is full-time, on-site with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs and electrical schematics.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems including gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment.
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors).
• Diagnose motor controls and safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks).
• Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic).
• Perform welding and basic fabrication.
• Lead equipment setups, changeovers and improvements.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards.
