Job summary
Source Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Woburn, MA. This full-time role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing plant.
The position requires 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with abilities in motor controls, PLCs, and schematics. A technical degree or certifications are preferred, and authorization to work in the USA is required. Overtime may be needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics.
- Technical degree or certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment).
- Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors).
- Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks).
- Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic).
- Perform welding & basic fabrication.
- Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements.
- Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards.
