Source Recruitment Solutions in Wilmington, MA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a fast-paced plant. This full-time role emphasizes reliability and continuous improvement, with overtime as needed.

The position offers an hourly rate of $35-$50+ per hour, full benefits, and Health & Vacation time. Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with motor controls, PLCs, and schematics.
• Technical degree or certifications preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical systems (gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, packaging equipment).
• Perform electrical work up to 480V (motors, VFDs, relays, sensors).
• Diagnose motor controls & safety circuits (E-Stops, relays, interlocks).
• Support PLC troubleshooting (I/O, basic ladder logic).
• Perform welding & basic fabrication.
• Lead equipment setups, changeovers, and improvements.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and follow safety standards.
