Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lebanon, TN to install, adjust, repair production equipment and machines. You will use hand and power tools to grease, weld, cut, replace parts, and test machinery with the head mechanic's guidance.

Dismantling, lubrication, and routine upkeep ensure reliable operation in a contract-to-hire setting. Required 1–3 years of maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

1–3 years of maintenance experience.
Able to troubleshoot industrial equipment.
Skilled in welding and electrical maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special-purpose machines.
Operate hand and power tools to perform repairs, greasing, welding, cutting, and part replacements.
Test malfunctioning machinery, determine necessary repairs, and discuss with head mechanic.
Install equipment and electrical components, ensuring proper functioning.
Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and tools.
Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation.
