Job summary

Hood-Container-1 in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing lines running smoothly. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems, diagnosing issues and implementing repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

The role requires hands-on work, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and the safety mindset to operate from 24V DC to 600V DC and 120V to 480V.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of industrial electrical and mechanical experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Ability to safely work with 24V DC to 600VDC, and 120VAC to 480VAC.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools with proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (lubrication, inspection, troubleshooting, repairs).
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and overhead work.
