Job summary

Aerotek in Dickson, TN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to set up and service machines and equipment. You will respond to breakdowns, aid in design and relocation of machinery, and overhaul systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role requires PLC/CNC knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced plant environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with shift differential.

Qualifications

• Formal trade qualification required.
• Experience with PLC/CNC equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain machines and equipment.
• Respond to emergency machine breakdowns across the plant.
• Design, install, and move existing machines.
• Overhaul and repair machines for safe operation.
• Identify faults and resolve issues cost-effectively.
• Demonstrate competencies via online third-party assessment.
