Pratt Industries is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment and site facilities. The role will troubleshoot and repair complex equipment to keep production running at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and supporting 5S and GMP programs. Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial maintenance and be proficient with schematics, blueprints, and hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support production equipment to maximize uptime and performance.
• Establish root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S/GMP compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance practices and technologies.
