Job summary

MITER Brands in Flower Mound, TX seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair complex equipment, ensuring reliability and safety across the facility.

The role requires hands-on expertise with PLCs, VFDs, electrical systems up to 480V, and strong problem-solving skills. You will train others, drive 5S, and document work orders to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 10 years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Experience training and developing others in repairs and PMs.
• Knowledge of VFD programming and PLCs is required.
• Strong electrical understanding up to 480V.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, PM, and repair equipment with minimal guidance.
• Lead 5S and mentoring across maintenance teams.
• Perform root cause analysis using 5 whys, fishbone, FMEA.
• Document work orders and track improvements.
• Coordinate with external contractors on projects.
