Job summary

Peter Cremer North America LP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II to install, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, digital, and mechanical systems in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires reading prints and schematics, responding to on-call shifts, and collaborating with maintenance staff to minimize downtime. A minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong mechanical, electrical, and leadership skills required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Sense of urgency in decision making and time management skills required.
• Experienced working with maintenance equipment: Allen Bradley products: Guard Master, PowerFlex, flex I/O, Control Logix controllers and components.
• Core facility equipment experience including boilers, air compressors, air dryers and steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate routine preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and P&ID drawings for repairs.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Install, inspect, maintain and troubleshoot pumps.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to complete repairs and projects.
• Be on call at a predetermined frequency.
