You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and operate processing machinery to minimize downtime while following blueprints and safety protocols. The role requires hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, with certifications in electrical, plumbing, mechanical disciplines, and Refrigeration operations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of work experience in an industrial maintenance operation.
• Maintenance Certification from one of the listed authorities (e.g., Journeyman, Refrigeration Operator, or equivalent).
• Preferred: 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Completion of two of the listed certifications for advanced maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Operate processing machinery and help reduce downtime.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical docs for equipment maintenance.
• Inspect ice makers, compressors, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems for proper operation.
• Maintain parts inventory for safe and optimal plant function.
• Assist with basic data analysis for root cause identification.
